Our Booking Terms - Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. 

• Less than 48 hours' notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. 

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. 

• Late Arrivals -I allow a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule, and a 50% fee may apply.
